Education activity of Adaptive Control Methods Department of ISP RAS

Our department members read lectures at base chair "System programming" of Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Management Management of Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
Our department teaches Ph.D. students of MIPT and ISP RAS. Also students of MIPT, MSU (Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics) and MEPhI do their research works here. Our department holds scientific seminar "Tasks of adaptive control".

Students’ training

Students’ training is performed according the the following principles:

• • Reading courses for students base chair "System programming" of Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Management (FAMM) of MIPT:
  
  
  1. "Patterns recognition", 7th semester.
  2. "Neural network", 9th semester.
  
  
  
• Supervising of courses works of students of MIPT, MSU, MEPhI, etc.
• Leadership of students’ pre-qualification practice.
• Supervising of bachelor qualification projects and master of science qualification projects.

Ph.D. students’ training

Our department trains of Ph.D. students by specialty 05.13.11 - mathematical and program provide of computers, complexes and computer’s networks. Themes of Ph.D. thesis are connected with different aspects of Autonomous Adaptive Control method.

In January of 2005 Michail Kryzhanovskiy defended his dissertation "Principles of neuron-like realization of autonomous adaptive control systems" which was defended as qualified work of doctor of physics and mathematics sciences by specialty 05.13.11.

In June of 2004 Leonid Zemskikh asserted his dissertation "Applications of genetic algorithms in autonomous adaptive control systems" which was defended as qualified work of doctor of physics and mathematics sciences by specialty 05.13.11.
